The objective of this training is to best prepare you for the P1 Instinctive Krav Maga grading exam. This training is both a complement to your group classes and a solution to best prepare you remotely for your grading exam if you are unable to be accompanied by an official Instinctive Krav Maga instructor. Throughout your training, you will have the opportunity to question Stéphane Constant. Please note: at the end of your training, you will be given a theoretical test that will allow you to validate certain theoretical points, such as the legal framework for self-defense. This assessment does not replace the test, which must be taken in person and by an official Instinctive Krav Maga instructor. However, the test can be taken remotely with a partner if you are unable to train with an official Instinctive Krav Maga instructor.
